The ginger-haired Brit is no stranger to Jobing.com Arena, where he served as the opening act on Taylor Swift’s Red Tour. At the time, his biggest U.S. hit was still “The A Team.” The heartbreaking portrait of a crack-addicted prostitute, “The A Team” gave Sheeran an unlikely U.S. breakthrough when it peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also earned the young singer a song-of-the-year nomination at the Grammys, where he memorably shared a stage with Elton John, dueting on “The A Team.”

In addition to being the best-selling tropical salsa artist ever, with worldwide album sales of more than 12 million, Anthony has won two Grammys and four Latin Grammys. He’s also had two Top 5 entries on the Billboard Hot 100, 1999’s “I Need to Know” and the following year’s “You Sang to Me.”

These California skate-punks played a starring role in punk-rock’s infiltration of the mainstream in the ’90s, topping the modern-rock radio charts with a breakthrough called “Come Out and Play” and then following through with such radio staples as “Self Esteem,” “Gotta Get Away,” “Gone Away,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy),” “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” “The Kids Aren’t Alright” and “Original Prankster.”

A Mitch Miller discovery, the veteran crooner has outlasted – not to mentioned outlived – many of his peers. The 87-year-old’s recent recording output has been of spotty quality, hampered by too many duet collections. He’s better in concert, when it’s just him and such classic tunes as “The Good Life,” “Smile” and “Fly Me to the Moon.”

After finishing in second place in 2012 on “America’s Got Talent,” losing to a dog, Cotter has turned that loss into comedy gold. Since then he has appeared on numerous late-night talk shows, including the “Tonight Show,” and is shooting his own pilot and starring in the reality show “Two Funny” with his wife, Kerri Louise.

The TV movie will play in movie theaters for one night, for those who believed the small screen didn’t do the Syfy channel flick justice. The sequel to 2013’s “Sharknado” debuted on TV on July 30, earning nearly 4million viewers, a record for a Syfy telecast. In addition to the movie screening, a behind-the-scenes feature (with bloopers!) will be shown.

Get ready for some kayfabe and body slams when the WWE returns to the Valley for a nationally televised broadcast. Among the stars scheduled to appear in the squared circle are Randy Orton, Kane, the Shield and the Wyatt Family.
